ABSTRACT Series:
"Sound, Emotion, Thought, Dreams, Energy, etc. Everyone has
experienced these without truly seeing them with their physical eyes.
Through this series of paintings, I hope to offer a tangible glimpse at the
intangible.  I began this series 7 years ago , thinking about what spirits or a
soul might look like. The images have morphed from a single color
luminous "soul" to colorful and spiraling with appendages. These
appendages have 3 basic shapes the hook, the spiral, and the anchor.
Hook= things we get hooked on.
Spiral= what excites or motivates.
Anchor= keeps us grounded to what is good.
